We are very proud of our high quality dedicated electronic manufacturing unit, with IPC trained and certified staff. Our wide-ranging experience of circuit board assembly means we tailor each job to the customer’s unique requirements and preferences. RVL offers full electronic design and assembly capablities, but your project might mean you only require one or two elements of this “pick and mix” style service.
If you already have a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design, we offer a PCB assembly service, so you can choose what you need:
- sourcing parts and components,
- incoming component inspection,
- prototyping,
- scheduling production (as the contract electronics manufacturer) of your project,
- testing,
- quality control,
- inspection,
- final box build, if so desired.
Many of our clients are used to this “outsourcing” at the manufacturing stage of the project, but if you would like more advice or reassurance, please do just ask us.
Alternatively, we also offer a full PCB design service for manufacture. Our electronic design engineers, who are conveniently located on the same site, can provide experienced advice on an existing board design or we can help you start from scratch. Whichever route you choose, we are delighted to offer a first-class bespoke solution; a complete service, all under one roof.
Recently, we expanded our facilities to meet increased customer demand and have invested in a larger Heller 7 zone Reflow oven.
More space has now been dedicated to our climate-controlled stockroom so we can hold a vast stock of electronic components, monitored by the latest stock control software, to ensure a quick turnaround. For components we need to order in, our dedicated Purchasing Department has built up excellent working relationships with most major suppliers to source parts at the best price and with the shortest possible lead times. We can also advise of any changes to parts, or drop in replacements with better specifications, when parts become obsolete.
