The RVL 7.5 tonne vehicles are often used for large volume business where payload is required to carry heavier products. Like all sizes of RVL Box Body, it can be configured as single, dual or triple compartment to cater for a combination of chilled, frozen or ambient produce and has the added advantage of being transferable.

Construction
The original build concept adopted by RVL was inherited from the French. Over the years we have retained these all bonded construction techniques, but have considerably improved the technology to create what, today, is probably the best insulated body in the world.
Whilst perhaps having a high initial cost, we feel our premium range bodies will almost certainly outlast those of our nearest competitors by five years.
All RVL product is built using materials of only the highest standard. Whether it is laminate, insulation or door equipment, it is always the best available. This enables us to offer our customers long-term good value for money.
Panel Manufacture
All RVL Panel Van Conversions, Box Bodies and Cold Stores are constructed utilising insulated sandwich panels that are manufactured in-house.
RVL’s Panel Manufacture Workshop has recently been expanded to keep up with demand, providing in excess of 1100m² of production space.
With three full sized vacuum panel press beds and the UK’s first robotic glue application machine, RVL’s panel production plant is probably one of the most technologically advanced in the world.
The introduction of a computer programmable, automated trimming saw and an overhead vacuum lift ensures consistently high quality panels are produced.
