Kattrina put her best foot forward to complete the Mouth Cancer 10KM Awareness Walk in Hyde Park, London at the weekend, but after walking rather than using the London Underground, she ended up taking quite a few thousand more steps than just the 10km! Thankfully, we understand there were not too many blisters, and Kattrina was delighted to have so much support around her to help complete the challenge.
This charity is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting those suffering from mouth cancer (also known as oral cancer). Every participant (including Kattrina, who has worked at RVL since 2014) had the opportunity for a free check-up before the fundraiser started, as this is very simple to do, and could make all the difference.
