Testing

Before being dispatched, each electronic product unit can be fully tested in our ESD-protected manufacturing facility, according to the individual job specification.

We can inspect and test full product functionality with RF and pressure testing to calibrated standards. If required, our three environmental chambers stimulate extremes of temperature and other harsh environments to ensure boards or finished products are fit for purpose. We can also customise setup and test software including bespoke test jigs in house.

Finally the finished product is packaged, labelled and shipped as per the client’s unique requirements.
